The coach runs spoken vivas and plays the customer in role-plays. Learners can also upload a real call and have it scored on the same rubric.

Your server, one command
The setup script picks free ports, generates secrets and starts the app, a worker and PostgreSQL. No Redis, no default passwords.
- Run setup
--local --yes for a trial on your laptop, or no flags on a server to set your domain, email and HTTPS.
- Create the owner
Open the URL it prints and create the first account. The setup wizard opens straight after.
- Brand it and invite people
Pick colours and a coach, load the sample bootcamp or import your own, then invite trainers and learners.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. PitchDojo is open source under the AGPL-3.0. You pay for your server and, if you use the AI coach, your own Gemini usage.
Is there a hosted version?
No. PitchDojo is self-hosted. Multi-company mode lets you run it for many organisations from one install.
Does it work without AI?
Yes. Without a Gemini key, vivas and role-plays switch to trainer-led mode and everything else works as usual.
Can I sell my programs?
Yes, through your own Stripe or Razorpay account, with coupons and GST-ready invoices. The money goes straight to you.
Is it ready for production?
It is in pre-release: every module is merged and covered by automated tests. Payments and the recording library are still marked beta.
